Refund policy

Every attempt will be taken to ship orders accurately. If there is a shortage, overage, incorrect item, defective, or damaged item received, please report it immediately. Intrepid International will not be responsible for claims made 24 hours after receipt of a shipment. Please check all packed products before calling. When making a claim, you will need to have your shipment and box number handy. Claims for damages that occur during shipping must be filed with the shipped. Shippers will only pay damage claims if boxes and packages products are available for inspection. You have the right to refuse a damaged shipment, if this happens, please contact customer service immediately. All shipments must be reported as damaged to carrier for insurance purposes.

 

Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without a return authorization number (RMA), to request the RMA please call 717-354-4822. The following information will be needed to process the RMA.

  2. Invoice Number
  3. Item Number(s)
  4. Quantity
  5. Reason for return/credit

We reserve the right to assess a reasonable service fee for any item returned unless items are defective. Deserving authorized returns will receive credit for the items the are returned. Any product returned without authorization will incur a minimum restocking fee of 25%. All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging with no store stickers or price tags. All freight for returns must be prepaid by the customer. No call tags, or prepaid shipping labels will be provided by Intrepid International. No return will be accepted 45 days from the date of the invoice, regardless of the problem with the item. If a defective product is sold to your customer, we reserve the right to request a receipt for proof of sale date. No returns will be accepted for clearance items. While we cannot guarantee expiration dates from our manufacturers we aim for AT LEAST a 3-month lead time on expirable goods. If you do not think you can sell through the product in that time frame, please ask our customer service team for dates at time of purchase.
