We will replace your product or refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the product, even if the product has been used. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by the horse or owner. (Best Friend brand name products include all our Grazing and Cribbing Muzzles, Bareback Pads and Muzzle Mates, Bare-Up and Cheek Savers.)
Returns Policy for brands other than Best Friendtm Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for exchange, credit toward other items or a refund on your credit card. Items must be in new, resalable condition with tags in place. Used, abused or incomplete items may will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of horse hair and dirt. Please take the appropriate precautions. Shipping costs are not refundable unless a product is returned due to an error on the part of Best Friend Equine Supply, Inc.
