The Vis Equips Reflective Tail Guard provides maximum visibility during any riding conditions. It's made of sturdy nylon fabric and a soft neoprene tail panel which wraps under dock of horse's tail for stability.  It has two hook-and-loop closures and two slim elastic ties to hold bottom of shield down on tail.  It's lightweight and easy to care for.
