- Kefir diet for 10 days … Looks like the 7-day version. The diet for 1-6 days contains 500 ml of kefir and a small amount of one product—day 7 – discharge, only water in the diet. From 8 to 10 there is only kefir in the diet. If you hold out all 10 days, the weight will drop to -10 kg.
Rules for weight loss:
- The first meal should be no later than 2 hours after you wake up;
- Monitor water consumption per day – about 0.03 l / 1 kg of weight;
- Remove salt, sugar, and alcohol from your diet;
- Remove sauces and additives in the form of spices.
Medicines have proven that will not harm a healthy body, but there are still various contraindications:
- Diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract;
- Kidney disease;
- Cystitis;
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Allowed foods on the kefir diet
The kefir diet is a diet that involves the use of one of the leading products in the diet – kefir. You cannot choose fat-free – this will cause health problems in the form of gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders.
The list of permitted foods changes according to the length of such a diet. Kefir diet for 3 days is released. The list of allowed products contains only kefir. Its daily rate is 1.5 liters. In rare cases, a green apple is permitted.
6 more products are added to the kefir diet per week and 10 days:
- Potato;
- Chicken fillets;
- Beef;
- Apples, carrots, cabbage;
- Lean fish (cod, pollock, halibut);
- Cottage cheese 5-9%.
In a weekly diet, 1.5 liters of kefir per day + one of the good products are allowed. In a 10-day diet, kefir speed is reduced to 0.5 l + one product.
Prohibited foods on the kefir diet
The list of acceptable products contains a limited number of products, and any deviations from the diet will harm the result.
With any kefir diet for weight loss, there are general limitations:
- Sugar – wholly excluded;
- Salt – minimize, use only as a last resort;
- Bakery products – the calorie content is high, and the saturation is low;
- Canned food – with a kefir diet, it is allowed to use fish and some types of meat, but in canned form, their presence in the diet is prohibited;
- Coffee and alcohol – arouse appetite and increase the risk of failure;
- Grain; Fruits – all but green apples. The exception is one day in the kefir diet for 10 days.
